We are delighted to share that our Big Give Christmas Challenge campaign raised £19,276. including Gift Aid. This remarkable result will enable us to continue supporting children, young people and families living with Long Covid and overlapping illnesses. Thank you to everyone who donated, shared our campaign, and stood alongside the families we support.

Starting university can be nerve racking for any student ,even without the added complications of a long term health condition. This blog is an introduction to help freshers find an inclusive guide to make a more manageable uni experience. Making little daily swaps and adding breaks can make everything more enjoyable while accommodating your condition.

At Our Pace was created to offer young people living with Long Covid and overlapping illnesses a supportive space to reflect, share, and contribute in ways that work for them. Many young people need opportunities that are flexible and understanding of changing health. At the same time, there are very few resources created by young people with lived experience that others can recognise themselves in and learn from. This project was designed with that in mind.
