Over 1,000 messages sent to UK politicians. Our campaign “Invisible to Policy, Visible in Children’s Lives” is gathering momentum. The issue is beginning to gain attention in Parliament. Self-expression Through ARtS - Long Covid STARS
When I heard about Long Covid STARS, I thought how brilliant of an idea it was, since expressing myself through writing has been so cathartic for me personally. The aim of the project was to utilise arts-based methods to explore the lived experiences of young people with Long Covid, like myself. I’m involved with a lot of advocacy work with Long Covid Kids (LCK), as it makes me feel less helpless in the face of such societal stigma and political disinterest.
