Announcing the Winner Of The Long Covid Kids Summer T-Shirt Design Competition
We are thrilled to share the incredible entries we received for the Long Covid Kids Summer T-shirt design competition 2026 - and announce the winner!
Over the Summer holiday period, we asked our community of children and young people up to the age of 21, to help us design our next charity t-shirt. All of the entries expressed different ideas, perspectives and experiences around Long Covid and what the Long Covid Kids community means to them - and whilst there can only be one overall winner - every contribution is incredibly valued.
With so much wonderful work, full of creativity, thoughtfulness and originality - our trustees had a hard job making a decision….
The winner of the Long Covid Kids competition is.....
Congratulations to the winner - Phoebe - Aged 15
Phoebe created her winning design through the medium of digital art. She chose to draw a bear ‘because they seem very tired all the time and they hibernate over winter - it reminds me what a flare feels like’ . Phoebe went on to add that she’d added moss to the log ‘ because it shows that the bear has been sitting there a long time and it’s grown around it’
