Long Covid Kids (LCK) is super excited to announce the launch of our T-shirt design competition.


There's no specific theme that your design needs to follow. We're looking for designs that feel at home alongside independent clothing brands - creative, meaningful, and contemporary - while reflecting the experiences, values and community behind Long Covid Kids.


However we have included below some themes your design could be inspired by:


  • Growth.

  • Belonging.

  • Courage.

  • Creativity.

  • Hope.

  • Community.


Think about a t-shirt you'd be proud to wear yourself or see someone else wearing.


Is this competition for me?


This competition is open to anyone up to the age of 21 years old.


Are there any prizes?


The winning design will be printed onto t-shirts and sold by the charity to help raise awareness.


The winning design should be a conversation starter that creates a sense of belonging for our community, and reflects hope and strength.


The creator of the winning design will receive the first t-shirt showcasing their design, along with a certificate.


Who will judge the designs?


All designs received by 9pm BST on Monday 31st of August 2026 will then go to our judging panel, which is composed of the charity's trustees.


When will the winners be announced?


  • The winner will be announced and notified on the 14th of September 2026.

  • All the designs received will feature in a gallery blog on our website.


How do I enter?


  • You can create your design either on paper or digitally.

  • You can use whatever artistic medium you wish, such as pens, paints or pencils.

  • Photograph or scan your design and send it to the email - info@longcovidkids.org


When do I need to submit my t-shirt design?


All enteries must be received by 9pm BST on Monday 31st of August 2026 to be included in the competition.


We can't wait to see your ideas and celebrate the creativity of our amazing community!


*By entering, you give Long Covid Kids permission to use your design for promotional purposes and, if selected as the winner, to reproduce it on merchandise sold to support the charity.
