What is the competition about?
Long Covid Kids (LCK) is excited to launch a Poster Design Competition this summer — it's open to anyone aged 5-21 years and we’d love you all to join in!
We can't wait to see what you come up with!
Is this competition for me?
If you are aged between 5-21 years old and enjoy getting creative this competition is for you.
There are two age categories.
5-11 years
12-21 years
Why should I take part?
There are two big reasons to get involved in this competition:
To provide an opportunity for children and young people to have fun, get creative, and enjoy a low-energy activity over the summer.
To involve children and young people in the creation of an amazing charity poster that we can use to help start conversations and raise awareness — on social media, in schools, at events, and more!
Where do I start?
Choose one of the following themes for your design. (You can enter the competition as many times as you like if you have lots of ideas)
Preventing Long Covid
How to help a friend/classmate with Long Covid
What children and young people with Long Covid need from parents/teachers/doctors
We know that through your lives experience you will have ideas to help raise awareness and for people to take action. We would love to see your ideas come to life!
Take your time and work on your design at your own pace. It's all about expressing yourself in a way that works for you. We are looking for clear, informative and eye catching designs. Think about designs that grab your attention!
Are there any prizes? ............Yes!
Overall Winner - an amazing bundle of goodies: Galaxy Tab A9, a LogiK Case, Stylus and Screen Protector and a Wireless Skullcandy HESH EVO headphones.
Winner 5-11 years - Wireless Celly Headphones, Amazon Voucher £20
Winner 12-21 years - Wireless Celly Headphones, Amazon Voucher £20

Judges will be looking for ability to communicate information clearly, engagingly and overall impression.
When will the winners be announced?

All the designs received will feature in a gallery blog on our website.
