Rik is a senior operational leader with more than 20 years’ experience scaling multi-site organisations across the education and retail sectors. He has held Chief Operating Officer and Director roles within high-growth businesses, leading complex operations, building high-performing teams, and delivering sustained organisational growth.

He brings particular expertise in regulated, people-focused environments, with a strong understanding of governance, safeguarding, operational strategy, and organisational accountability. Rik also serves as a school governor, supporting leadership teams on performance, compliance, and strategic development.

As a trustee of Long Covid Kids, he is committed to helping the charity build the structure, partnerships, and reach needed to support children, young people, and families affected by Long Covid.
