Sarah Craner

Chair of Trustees

Sarah Craner has a 30-year career in corporate responsibility and social impact within the financial services sector. She currently leads a UK grant-making programme focused on tackling educational inequality, working closely with charities, supporting fundraising initiatives, and advising high-net-worth clients on philanthropy. She has also overseen the governance and management of two UK-registered charities.
Sarah brings extensive knowledge of the UK education sector and previously served as a governor at a non-selective state school in a disadvantaged area of East London.

Her commitment to Long Covid Kids is deeply personal. Both of her children live with Long Covid: one is managing their condition, while the other is chronically ill, housebound, and currently unable to access education. Sarah is passionate about ensuring children and young people with Long Covid are seen, supported, and represented.
