Helen Goss

Helen is the Director of Long Covid Kids Scotland and a founding member of the charity. 

A dedicated volunteer, she has been instrumental in advocacy and awareness-raising across Scotland, working to highlight the needs of children, young people, and families affected by Long Covid. 

Helen is passionate about ensuring lived experience shapes the conversation at both community and policy levels. Through her advocacy, she helps strengthen the voice of families and works to improve recognition, support, and outcomes for those navigating Long Covid in Scotland.
