A chance for parents and caregivers to chat to other parents in the same situation. Get support, make friends and chat. "As parent of a 16 year old who has missed his GCSE year at school due to Long Covid, and has been mainly housebound until recently, I have found the Sunday Evening LCK Connected meetings for parents invaluable. It is so lovely to be able to talk to people who understand. The Facebook group is great but seeing people’s faces on Zoom, and sharing experiences, the downs and occasional ups, what has helped each of us, how we cope with the disbelief and lack of treatment, the challenge of getting some education, and how to take care of ourselves as parents. It is a friendly, supportive and helpful group that always leaves me uplifted, with new idea and a sense of not being alone. I highly recommend it to any parent of a child with Long Covid."
