It is so lovely to be able to talk to people who understand. The Facebook group is great but seeing people’s faces on Zoom, and sharing experiences, the downs and occasional ups, what has helped each of us, how we cope with the disbelief and lack of treatment, the challenge of getting some education, and how to take care of ourselves as parents. It is a friendly, supportive and helpful group that always leaves me uplifted, with new idea and a sense of not being alone. I highly recommend it to any parent of a child with Long Covid."
