Dr Binita Kane

Dr Binit Kane is the founder of a UK-wide holistic specialist clinic for Long Covid and one of the few clinicians in the UK treating children with the condition. His work was inspired by his daughter’s illness and recovery from Long Covid, and he is dedicated to ensuring that every child can access the care and treatment they need — regardless of where they live.
Dr Kane led the first UK study into microclotting in children with Long Covid and is developing research collaborations to strengthen clinical understanding and improve outcomes. In partnership with Professor Mark Faghy, he is collating real-world data to inform future clinical trials. His goal is for his private clinic to one day become unnecessary — because the health service will be providing this level of care for all children.
A prominent advocate and Champion for Long Covid Kids since 2021, Dr Kane is also a member of the World Health Network Executive Committee on Long Covid and has shared his clinical experience internationally, including at the world’s first dedicated Long Covid conference in Rome.
