Dirk Bischof

Dirk Bischof is a seasoned entrepreneur and impact investor with a passion for inclusive entrepreneurship and sustainable growth. As the founder of Hatch Enterprise, the UK’s leading charity supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs, he led initiatives that empowered nearly 10,000 founders, raised over £10 million in funding, and built partnerships with more than 30 major organisations.
Dirk also co-leads the launch of a £25 million impact investment fund to close funding gaps for mission-driven ventures. Alongside his work in enterprise and investment, he mentors executive teams and emerging leaders, offering strategic guidance rooted in years of hands-on experience as a CEO and founder.
When he’s not building organisations, Dirk can often be found cycling through Japan, combining his love of travel, culture, and exploration.
